Keto Diet Fresh Salad


  • 4 oz. Smoked salmon 
  • 16 oz. of Fresh Spinach 
  • 16 oz. Cherry tomatoes
  • 16 oz. Carrots
  • 16 oz. Cucumber
  • ½  Scallion
  • 3 tbsp of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Shred or chop the vegetables. First, put dark leafy greens such as spinach. 
  2. Add shredded carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, shredded Scallion.  If you want to add avocado or eggs well cooked you can add it as well. 
  3. We have chosen to top our salad with smoked salmon. Before cooking it, add some peeper or oregano to add some flavor. Preferably cooked in the oven. Olives, nuts, seeds and cheese cubes are great flavorful additions.
  4. To feel satisfied, you may want to add a generous amount of dressing or extra virgin olive oil that you store in a separate little jar or bottle and add right before serving.
