Focaccia Bread
Ingredients
- 1 lb bread Flour
- 1 yeast bag
- 1 tbs of sugar
- 1⁄6 oz. Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbs of salt
- 1/2 lb of black olives
- 2 glasses of water
- some rosemary
- 3 tbsp of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Shred or chop the tomatoes. First, combine flour, yeast, sugar, olive oil and water together. Stir for 10 mins and then make a ball.Add salt.
- Wait 2 to 3 hours for the flours to raise.
- Flat the dough and place it into a try. Add tomatoes, salt, black olives and rosemary on top and bake for 25 to 30 min at 385 F
Enjoy while it's still warm.
