Fish and Eat


  • 1 cup of bread Flour
  • 5 pieces of Swai Fish
  • 16 oz. Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbs of salt
  • Some black olives
  • 2 glasses of water
  • some rosemary

Shred or chop the tomatoes. First, flour the fish and place it in a tray. Preheat oven at 385 F. Add olive oil and water together and sprinkle it on the fish. Add salt, olives, cherry tomatoes and cilantro on top.

  1. Bake for 1 hour at 385 F.
  2. Add tomatoes, salt and rosemary on top and serve.

Enjoy while it's still warm.
