Eggplant Parmisan <3


  • 3 eggplants
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of Bread FLour
  • 2 tbsp of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 big slices of ham
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1 big aluminium tray
  • 3 tbsp of Real Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cut the eggplants and soak them in water and salt for 30 min.
Pass the eggplant in beaten eggs and then in the Bread Flour and then deep fry them.
Place them with sauce, ham and mozzarella in the tray and:

  1. Bake for 1 hour at 385 F.
  2. Add some more olive oil on top and serve.

Enjoy while it's still warm.
